| Functions |
- To plan and manage the construction programs of new building complexes as well as the need for additional buildings.
- To plan and emplement maintenance works of schools, offices and housings under Ministry of Education as an ongoing basis.
- To coordinate with relevant government departments such as project brief, site deportation and application for budget allocations.
- To monitor administrative and technical management for projects operated by consultants.
- To research an dcontinuously investigate on the suitability of building materials and facilities available.
- To provide appropriate trainig and skills for officers and staffs from time to time according to departmental requirements.

- To provide services on handling complaints of building and electrical facilities of schools, higher institutions, offices and housing under Ministry of Education

BUILDING MANAGEMENT SECTION 1 (BRUNEI-MUARA ZONE 1 ) BUILDING MANAGEMENT SECTION 2 (BRUNEI-MUARA ZONE 2 & TEMBURONG ZONE) BUILDING MANAGEMENT SECTION 3 (TUTONG & BELAIT ZONE)
- Planning, manage and coordinate for implementation of RKN Projects (additional building/ facilities and upgrading programmes) of schools, higher institutions, offices and housing.
- Planning for implementation and maintenance of projects under Departmental budget of schools, higher institutions, offices and housing
- Coordinate site application and project financing with other government agencies
- Monitor and manage reconstruction projects undertaken through consultancy services
PLANNING SECTION
