During these extraordinary times, many teachers, students and families have been feeling uncertain and anxious about the closure of schools. We know this has been extremely unsettling and disruptive. In this situation, it remains MoE’s priority to support you throughout this  unprecedented pandemic situation.

MoE has put in place a continuity learning plan which focuses on 'Online Learning'. This will see the transition of students learning from one type of learning to another as their learning context rapidly changes. This continuity of learning plan does not only involve the use of technologies but will also consider other alternatives which students can leverage on.

There are no easy answers in ensuring maximum learning to take place during this crisis. While key considerations are already addressed, schools may have different plans based on the needs of their students. There is evidence that alternatives to Educational Technology work. Thus, for parents who have no access to digital devices, rest assured MOE will be providing alternative measures to ensure your children are not left behind.
